My approach generally combines psychodynamic (insight-oriented), somatic (body-centered), mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I see an equal amount of men and women in my practice, and tend to focus on the areas of grief and loss, family of origin and inner child healing, early trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and guidance with life path and spirituality.
